• Orders must be placed online and payment must be completed before work begins.
• By placing an order you agree to use the product for non-commercial, reference purposes only.
• The product will be delivered via email or your student portal upon completion.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the brief, guidelines and deadline you supply. Work is produced against what you provide.

We provide model work for reference and study support. We do not offer ghostwriting, and we are not endorsed by or affiliated with any university. You remain responsible for how you use the material we supply and for complying with your institution’s academic conduct rules.

We will not accept orders that involve sitting examinations, logging into a university system on your behalf, or any other activity we consider dishonest.

Work is delivered on or before the agreed deadline. Where a project runs across several chapters, delivery is made in the milestones set out in your quote. If a delay is ever unavoidable, we will tell you as soon as we know and agree a revised date with you.

Payments are made online through our secure checkout. Instalment plans are available on longer projects — work begins on a milestone once its instalment is confirmed. We never store your full card details.

Revisions within the scope of your original brief are free and unlimited during your review window, subject to our Revision Policy. Requests that add new requirements are quoted as new work.

We offer refunds where we have not met what was agreed, in line with our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be raised through support with the order ID and a clear explanation of what went wrong.

Copyright in the delivered product passes to the customer on full payment. If a refund is issued, ownership of the product reverts to ukdissertationhelper.co.uk and the customer must stop using it.

Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for academic outcomes, grades awarded, decisions taken by your institution, or losses arising from information you supplied late or inaccurately.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
